Generally, all items sold on this website are non-refundable. However, we may accept exchanges or refunds on a case-by-case basis if the product you received is damaged or defective. In such cases, please be sure to take photographic evidence and contact us immediately within 3 days of receiving the product.
Defective products are those whose boxes are heavily damaged, the contents of the product are exposed, or the product is not in edible condition. Slight damage that occurred during shipping cannot be returned.
In the event of a refund, the refund will be the price of the merchandise (excluding shipping charges) minus any discounts applied to the order.
(For example, if you purchased a $50 item and a $5 discount was applied, you will receive a refund of $45.)
